This privacy notice explains how we process your personal data if you are a customer who has purchased the FMS, or if you have obtained a quote and provided your personal data and are about to purchase the FMS.

The type of personal information we collect:
The personal data we process is provided to us directly by you so that we can provide you with the Force Management System (FMS) services. You will usually provide us with this personal data using Discord.
We process this personal data to fulfil our contractual obligations under the FMS customer contract.
We also process this personal data when you give it to us immediately prior to you entering into a customer contract with us. This is done in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into the FMS contract. Additionally, we have a legitimate interest in managing the administration of prospective customers. If you subsequently unexpectedly decide not to enter into a customer contract with us, this personal data is deleted.
We sometimes use Google Drive to share documents with you to your provided Google Drive email address. In that case, Google LLC is a processor for your personal data.
We store your personal data for as long as you are a customer of ours. If you enter into a customer contract with us, we will retain your personal data for at least 6 years after you cease to be a customer. This is to comply with our legal obligations for payment purposes and to defend ourselves against any legal claims arising out of your use of our services.
