This privacy notice explains how we process your personal data if you are a customer who has purchased the FMS, or if you have obtained a quote and provided your personal data and are about to purchase the FMS.

The personal data we collect and why we use it

The type of personal information we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your Discord ID and tag
  • Your PayPal information.

The personal data we process is provided to us directly by you so that we can provide you with the Force Management System (FMS) services. You will usually provide us with this personal data using Discord or Google. We process this personal data to fulfil our contractual obligations under the FMS customer contract.
We also process this personal data when you give it to us immediately prior to you entering into a customer contract with us. This is done in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into the FMS contract. Additionally, we have a legitimate interest in managing the administration of prospective customers. If you subsequently unexpectedly decide not to enter into a customer contract with us, this personal data is deleted.
We sometimes use Google Drive to share documents with you or collect your data through Google Forms. In that case, Google LLC is a processor for your personal data - they are a member of the US Data Privacy Framework.

We store your personal data for as long as you are a customer of ours. If you enter into a customer contract with us, we will retain your personal data for at least 6 years after you cease to be a customer. This is to comply with our legal obligations for payment purposes and to defend ourselves against any legal claims arising out of your use of our services.

Your rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

  • Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
  • Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • You are not usually required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

If you have any concerns about our use of your personal information, please make a complaint to us using the contact details above. We will respond to you within one month and aim to resolve your concern.
